We are delighted to announce the successful completion of a £5.4m post-acquisition loan secured against a highly-sought-after, centrally located London asset.

This 12 month facility enables our client to undergo preliminary design works relating to pre-development works. The asset will be let to a high-end hostel operator on a long term lease.
