This time we are we are pleased to announce the successful completion of a £6.475 million facility secured against a mixed-use retail asset, White Lion Walk Shopping Centre, located in the heart of affluent Guildford.

The 12-month loan, structured at 63% loan-to-value, enabled our client to acquire the asset while progressing towards a longer-term financing solution.
